"タンジェンシャル (tangential) " という、極めて抽象的なテーマを据えて、頭の中でそのイメージを捏ね繰り回して考え付いたのがこの構図。「接線の」、そして「脱線した」というある意味「二律背反」の意味を持つ "タンジェンシャル" は、ボクの場合、この様な形に成りました。

尚、竜人の上半身については、ボク自身がこのポーズを取って写真に収めた、極めて恰好悪いものを参考にしています(笑

The theme was "tangential". It was very abstract for me, so I had to spend a lot of times for thinking deeply about images of that word, then I decided this composition of this art. The word "tangential" has double antinomic meanings which are "positioned as a tangent" and "only indirectly related". I interpreted that as this artwork.

Moreover, I had took the same pose (with so embarrassed) as this anthropomorphic dragon and I had took a picture as a reference to draw the upper body of him. LoL
